Challenges

As Intelliflo expanded internationally into the USA and Australia, they faced two significant challenges:

Cloud Migration Complexity: Intelliflo needed to migrate to AWS for better multiregional customer support. Their existing deployment process relied on a fragile combination of Ansible and Jenkins scripts that could only handle 10 deployments daily while requiring 2 full-time engineers ($250K annually) dedicated to maintenance.

Developer Onboarding Bottlenecks: The company was regularly offboarding third-party developers and onboarding permanent staff each quarter.
