Techstrong Group named Harness the “Best End-to-End DevOps Tool/Service” in the 2022 DevOps Dozen. The award recognizes the most “diverse and robust” solution for DevOps teams.
“Harness has been pulling the CI/CD space forward since it first burst on the scene,” said Alan Shimel, Techstrong Group Founder and CEO. “Now a full-blown platform, it is high time they’re recognized for being an industry leader.”
TechStrong Group is a media company covering the IT industry with a specific focus on DevOps, cloud-native, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The honorees in the eighth annual list are the “most distinguished DevOps, cybersecurity, cloud-native, and digital transformation leaders” who are “driving their businesses forward and revolutionizing the industry in the process.”
TechStrong describes the DevOps Dozen as a celebration of the “most innovative and influential individuals and companies [that] honors their remarkable achievements and commitment to the DevOps community.” There were 24 total awards split into two categories: DevOps Dozen Community Awards and DevOps Dozen Tools and Services Awards, with Harness featured in the latter.
The 2022 selection process was based on a combination of public nominations for the Tools and Services category with finalists selected by a panel of judges, including Alan Shimel, Founder and Editor-in-Chief, Techstrong Group; Mitchell Ashley, Principal, Techstrong Research and CTO, Techstrong Group; Tracy Ragan, CEO & Co-Founder, DeployHub; and Charlene O’Hanlon, VP and Managing Editor, Activate Marketing Services. After the finalists were announced, public voting determined the winners in each category.
